Tombuie Smokehouse

The award winning Tombuie Smokehouse is a traditional smokehouse located on a Perthshire farm with panoramic views over Strathtay and was established by Donald and Sally Crysta in 1991. The emphasis is on providing a personalised service to the customer with great care in ensuring the products meet exacting standards.

The farm has Red Deer and a small flock of Blackface sheep.The Crystal's approach is'emphasis on friendly and natural farming' with great care not to over stock, minimum handling of the animals to ensure low stress levels and maximum quality of life for the animals . 'We want our animals to live as naturally as possible.'
